The Board of Trustees serves together with the Pastor of the Church as a Body Politic and Corporate. The Board is comprised of twenty-five members, elected to staggered three-year terms, and eligible for re-election. It is the responsibility of this Board to provide fiscal oversight for the ministries and administrative operations of the Church in accordance with best business, safety, and risk-management policies and practices.

The four standing committees of the Board of Trustees are:
